Jarrett & Price, LLC Jarrett & Price, LLC Pooler, GA Pooler, GA Full-time Full-time $16 - $25 an hour $16 - $25 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Duties - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Maintain client and vendor correspondence - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees - Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain filing systems and ensure proper organization of documents - Assist with training development for new employees - Assist with budgeting and financial management - Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed - Plan and coordinate office events and meetings Experience - Proven experience in office management or a related field - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as other modern office software.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles - Experience in law office management is a plus - Ability to handle confidential information - Familiarity with file management systems and record keeping - Knowledge of training development processes is a plus - Understanding of budgeting principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
