Pooler, GA Pooler, GA Full-time Full-time $20 - $30 an hour $20 - $30 an hour We are seeking an experienced Case Manager/Scheduler to service our providers throughout the Savannah area.
This is a salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus.
This is a full-time 12-hr position (7:
00AM-7:
00PM) (Monday-Sunday) with a rotation of 7 days on and 7 days off, meaning you would work every other week! The case manager/scheduler would be responsible for building provider's schedules daily and weeks in advance.
This individual would also be responsible for managing referrals as needed, building a rapport with referral sources along with having strong communication and follow-through.
The case manager/scheduler would also be responsible for explaining our services via phone when needed and scheduling the initial patient's visit promptly.
Strong communication and follow-through between providers, medical assistants, referral sources and patients is a must.
