Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in the Apartment Maintenance field Experience with heat pumps Universal EPA Certification Experience in troubleshooting:
Plumbing, Electrical, & Appliances Experience with the make ready/turning of a vacant apartment Physical Requirements:
Ability to bend at waist and work on knees Ability to stand / walk for long periods of time Ability to lift & carry at least 50lbs Valid Driver's License Job Type:
